Your heart led coach
For a long time, life looked full on the outside.
Loving family, meaningful work, and many reasons to be grateful. I was doing what so many women do, holding things together, carrying responsibilities, and pushing through life’s natural highs and lows.
Yet beneath the surface, something felt unsettled. There was a sense that I was functioning, but not fully aligned.
That feeling deepened after the loss of my mother in 2018.
She was my best friend, and grief changed me. Loss has a way of bringing questions to the surface about life, identity, purpose, and what truly matters. Things that once felt manageable began to feel heavier. I longed for healing, peace, and something deeper than simply getting by.
So I searched.
I immersed myself in personal development, wellness practices, mindfulness, coaching education, retreats, and every resource I hoped might bring clarity. Much of it was valuable, but if I’m honest, much of it was also driven by the belief that I needed to fix myself.
Eventually, I reached a point where I could not strive one more step.
What felt like an ending became a turning point.
I slowed down. I stopped trying to carry life entirely in my own strength. During that season, I joined an online Bible study reading through the Gospel of John. Through Scripture, I encountered the love, truth, and peace of God in a way that filled places in my heart nothing else had reached.
I began learning a new way to live. Not through force. Not through endless self-improvement. But through surrender, stillness, awareness, and daily renewal.
As I made space for reflection, noticed the thoughts I carried, tended to the emotions held in my body, and invited God into the process, He began transforming me from the inside out. (This is still a rinse & repeat today!!)
And I saw something clearly:
Many women are standing in the space between where they are and where they sense they are meantĀ to be.
They are capable, caring, and faithful yet stretched thin, uncertain, disconnected, or carrying more than they were meant to hold alone.
That realization became the seed of Energy360 Coaching.
My background in holistic care and coaching allows me to honor the whole person not just goals and productivity, but the emotional, mental, spiritual, and practical realities of life.
I don’t believe transformation comes only from doing more. I believe lasting change often begins when we become honest, create space, receive truth, and take the next faithful step. No matter how big, or small it may be.
Today, it is my joy and honor to guide women through coaching experiences that cultivate alignment, courage, and forward movement with God at the center.
